As an Oracle CX Cloud Lead you will be working closely with our practice manager, the rest of our on-site consulting team and off-shore team to support pre-sales, design, configure, implement and support Oracle CX Cloud Solution delivery to our clients.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Understand client requirements and provide presales support with solution presentations and demonstrations of Oracle CX Cloud applications
  • Provide expertise in core set of Oracle CX Cloud products and solutions
  • Assist with solution definition, effort estimation and project planning
  • Gather requirements though CRP workshops with clients and documenting solution briefs
  • Planning and tracking progress project activities with clients and liaising with other team members in Australia as well as off-shore team
  • Leading team members with configuration and mentor with hands-on configuration as required
  • Drive innovation to refine our services through proactive & reactive solutions
  • Manage and keep-up with cloud competency criteria requirements including trainings, certifications and customer references
  • Mentoring team members, performance monitoring including ongoing trainings and certifications.
